ARUVANA is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Technical Business Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the admin dashboard, providing technical assistance to users, solving Oculus settings problems, and contributing to various business administration tasks. Additionally, if you possess the skills to upsell our product, it will be considered a significant advantage.

What You’ll Do:​

  1. Admin Dashboard Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the admin dashboard, including updates and improvements as needed.
  2. Technical User Support: Assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing the VINERA product. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oculus settings.
  3. Business Administration: Collaborate with the team to perform various administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and data analysis.
  4. Business Support: Assist in customer relationship management, upsell the VINERA product to current clients and actively seek referrals to drive sales growth.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
