What You’ll Do:​

  • Lead a squad of designers and engineers to ensure high-quality work delivery.
  • Translate business and stakeholders’ needs into clear product development requirements.
  • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining short, medium, and long-term product goals.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Maintain the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and address concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends for innovation opportunities.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager in a technology or startup company.
  • Proficiency in modern software development product management practices, including agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.
  • Mastery of Lean and Agile methodologies, as well as Design Sprint, for effective product development and project management.
  • Ability to articulate a clear and inspiring product vision that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with stakeholders.
