HR – Organizational Development Intern


This is an unpaid 3 months internship program

What You’ll Do:​

  • Research and implement transformational organization design projects and initiatives
  • Analyze human capital trends and identify best practices
  • Assist with implementation of on-going organization development projects
  • Create strategic proposals that balance academic research with practical application

What You’ll Need

  • The ideal candidate should be pursuing a major in organizational psychology, human resource management, or organizational development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
